We are conveniently located in Chicago’s Lincoln Park neighborhood and are easily accessible by car or public transportation. The CTA #76/Diversey bus stops at the corner of Lincoln and Diversey, just steps from our door. It also connects directly to the Diversey/Sheffield Brown Line El stop, just 3 blocks away, as well as the Blue Line and many north-to-south bus routes including the #8/Halsted, #9/Ashland, #22/Clark, #36/Broadway, #50/Damen, #151/Sheridan and #156/LaSalle buses. There is also ample street parking on Lincoln Avenue, but that does require the use of the parking pay box. You will need a credit card or quarters for that unless you have the app.
At Second Act we give each individual our undivided attention. For this reason we work by appointment and cannot guarantee that someone will be available to meet with you if you arrive without one. Please also note that while our retail hours are 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM Monday through Friday, we do make appointments on Saturday, a few times a month. For these reasons, we encourage you to call in advance for an appointment so we can give you the attention you deserve.
